Structure:

Nucleic Resources C6-TFA aminolinker amidite may be used in the same way as C6-MMT aminolinker amidite, however C6-TFA does not contain a trityl group and, therefore, cannot be purified by RP cartridge or by RP HPLC nor can direct coupling efficiency be calculated through the MMTr cation release. The TFA amino protecting group is removed during standard deprotection protocols.
