Facilities 2500 square foot facility in Muskego, Wisconsin. Synthesis scales to 1 kg-adequate for small scale specialty synthesis, pilot production and process development work. Custom Organic Chemistry Services Nucleic Resources specializes in multi-step organic synthesis and purification, focusing on products related to oligonucleotide and peptide synthesis. We have expertise in nucleoside, linker and dye-labelled chemistries in addition to custom support (CPG and polystyrene) derivatization. Consultation Services We provide consulting services for all aspects of oligonucleotide synthesis and purification. We offer assistance with: instrument installation and operation; synthesis methods development and optimization; methods development for special chemistries (dyes, linkers, proprietary chemistries); and instrument troubleshooting and technical support services. Nucleic Resources also provides support for oligonucleotide purification methods development and validation, including purification at pilot and production scales for diagnostic probe and bulk oligonucleotide drug manufacture. The oligonucleotide chemistry specialists at Nucleic Resources are familiar with the operation of all major synthesizer types from the major manufacturers and have been active in this industry for over 15 years. Amy Pasley, Vice President Business Operations Amy Pasley joined NR in November, 2004 as Vice President, Business Operations. In this role, Amy is responsible for developing NR's operational and business excellence. Prior to NR, Amy served more than 17 yeas in various nucleic acid based businesses, including Pierce Milwaukee, Amersham Pharmacia Biotech and Integrated DNA Technologies. Amy received her B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has built an expertise in corporate and operational development during her tenure in past senior level positions. Maureen Dore, Business Manager Maureen brings over 20 years of paralegal and executive level administration experience to the NR staff. She is responsible for any legal issues ( contracts, and liability issues ), customer accounts, vendor accounts and all aspects of business administration. |
